Diane Michault, President
Diane brings over 15 years of experience in the event planning and hospitality/customer service industry. She oversees all client accounts as well as manages the day-to-day activities of the company. Diane has planned and executed high-end venues and large scale shows for a variety of clients both in the United States and abroad. Her experience ranges from small executive level meetings to conferences and events in excess of 6,000. She has provided conference/event planning assistance to corporate as well as government clients including the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Department of Energy, the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. Department of The Treasury, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and others.
Katherine Schramm-Strosser, Senior Director of Events
As Senior Director of Events for SIDEM, Katherine brings over seven years of event management and communication experience to the firm. She has managed events for both corporate and government clients ranging in size from 20 to 20,000 people at locations across the U.S. and abroad. While acting as the daily contact with clients, Katherine manages event operations and SIDEM's team of event managers by directing the major logistical aspects of events, including: site selection, budgets, participants and registration, hotel and venue coordination, special events, and food and beverage planning. At various stages in her life Katherine has lived in the United Kingdom and has studied and researched at both Oxford University and King's College, University of London. Katherine is a graduate of Smith College with a degree in English Literature and Economics.
