Polo Ralph Lauren
Polo Ralph Lauren approached SIDEM to plan and produce an annual conference for the company's field management team that needed to serve a dual purpose: to educate their team on new sales initiatives and to act as a rewards program with a destination location, special events, and high-end raffles. Coordinating and working in collaboration with several internal departments, we planned and executed an event that delivered a comprehensive agenda, including a high-end fashion show, as well as various incentive activities ranging from a barbeque on the beach to a Mini-Cooper give-away. Together, we created a cohesive and creative environment in which Polo Ralph Lauren could educate, inspire, and motivate their field and leadership teams.

American Eagle Outfitters
American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) came to us with the challenge of creatively and consistently branding their portfolio of events and removing the burden from their internal departments. Over seven years, we have become an extension of their team by collaborating and coordinating with all levels of the company to manage logistics, craft messages, develop and implement branding packages, and bring together all of their brands - American Eagle Outfitters, aerie, and 77kids - for galas, fashion shows, and all-company presentations. As a primary provider of event management services, we look forward to continue our partnership with AEO and its brands.
Charming Shoppes, Inc.
Charming Shoppes, Inc. (CSI) approached SIDEM with the difficult task of aligning multiple companies and hundreds of people to create an annual event that delivers the core corporate messages while preserving the identity of each brand. To address this challenge, SIDEM collaborates with CSI on overall message as well as customized content to offer an experience that promotes the company's core values and goals, empowers each brand, and inspires the employees to strive individually and achieve together.
Lane Bryant
Four years ago, Lane Bryant came to us with the need to provide an environment that would inspire and motivate their field teams while simultaneously provide a platform from which the entire company could hear a cohesive message from their leadership team. Working in close collaboration with Lane Bryant's operations, marketing, visual, and executive teams, SIDEM created and managed an event that was highly successful in achieving this goal, a success that has resulted in increased popularity and attendance at subsequent events. Many events later, we still continue improve the method and the manner in which the company communicates and deliver tremendous events that are branded, motivating, and on budget.
